Jilda Bal, the founder of Gilda&Partners, has long been recognized as a thought leader in the executive search industry. Her career journey is a reflection of her dedication to both professional excellence and personal growth. Jilda moved to the United States in 1999, where she earned a double major in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Utah. Her academic background laid a strong foundation for her career in corporate finance and business development, and soon after graduating, she began her professional journey as a credit analyst at ACC Capital Corporation.
