Jilda Bal, the founder of Gilda&Partners, has long been recognized as a thought leader in the executive search industry. Jilda moved to the United States in 1999, where she earned a double major in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Utah. Her academic background laid a strong foundation for her career in corporate finance and business development, and soon after graduating, she began her professional journey as a credit analyst at ACC Capital Corporation.
In 2006, Jilda returned to Turkey, where she held several key positions in well-established companies, including Volvo Finance, Manpower Human Resources, and AKLease. Her roles in credits, sales&marketing, and business development gave her a well-rounded understanding of various industries, which later shaped her approach to executive search and leadership consultancy. Jilda’s experience across multiple sectors has been instrumental in her ability to offer comprehensive, tailored solutions to clients across a range of industries.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Jilda has always had a strong drive for innovation and leadership. In addition to her business pursuits, she is an accomplished long distance triathlete, a testament to her commitment, discipline, and perseverance – qualities she brings into her professional life.
