Jilda Bal, Founder
She studied finance and business administration at the University of Utah. She started her career in Utah, USA, in the credit department of ACC Capital Corporation. She continued her career in Turkey in financial industry; in credit, sales and marketing departments in Volvo Group, in business development and marketing departments at Aklease. She worked as branch manager at Manpower Human Resources.
After 20 years of international and domestic experience she identified the actual needs in HR consultancy and founded Gilda&Partners Consulting. Jilda aimed to break the traditional codes in recruitment of senior and mid level executives and to develop a new boutique approach. She developed a business model to manage all recruitment processes one-to-one.
She also takes a special interest in endurance sports such as triathlon and marathon.
