Your personal data may be processed by Jilda Bal İnsan Kaynakları Yönetim Danışmanlığı, a company registered with Istanbul Trade Registry under the registration no. 105326-5 (“Gilda&Partners”) located at the address of Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Levent 199 Binası No: 199/6 34394 Şişli, Istanbul as described below pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (the “Law”) and applicable legislation.

 

Gilda&Partners places utmost care and importance on the collection, storage and process of personal data of both the employer and customers in line with the Law and applicable legislation as well as on the confidentiality of such data.

 

We would like to state that in Gilda&Partners, we show utmost care and diligence for the confidentiality and security of all your personal data provided by you to us and that we have taken all administrative and technical measures to protect your personal data.

 

 

1. Personal Data

Personal data mean any data of a natural person whose identity is verified or verifiable. Accordingly personal data include, without limitation, an individual’s name, surname, birth date, birth place, mental, psychological, physical, cultural, social details, e.g., Turkish Republic ID number, passport number, license plate, telephone number, audio-visual records, fingerprints, genetic data.

 

Special personal data include an individual’s religion, sect, ethnic origin, political thought, attire and clothing, membership to associations, foundations and unions, health condition, sexual orientation, criminal conviction, security measures data and biometric and genetic data.

 

2. Method to collect personal data

In Gilda&Partners, as we are a headhunting company and a private recruitment agency, your personal data are collected via different channels listed below in order to proceed with our operations;

 

• Documents and information directly provided by you.

• IP address, city-country details, site visiting times and similar personal data compiled by means of cookies and similar technologies during your visit to our Site.

• Certain data that you have somehow made public over various platforms (Facebook, Linkedln, Twitter etc).

 

3. Purposes of Personal Data Process

Your personal data shall be processed in line with the purposes below. Accordingly, your personal data are processed:

 

• to offer and/ or advise open job positions by employers that are our customers for consultancy services and that search professionals who meet their criteria and/or to get you recruited by them;

• to customize, improve and provide our services in complete form and in line with your directions;

• to manage and handle our relations with you in light of our services in a smooth way;

• to address and keep track of customer requests and complaints in respect to key accounts;

• to identify and management the rights and responsibilities of our employees in line with the Labour Code, labour and social security legislation and other applicable law;

• To identify, plan, perform and procure training and development activities for company employees and employee relations management

• To manage requests and complaints.

 

Accordingly, your personal data are processed:

 

• in line with the rules of law and good faith;

• accurately and up to date,

• for specific, express and legitimate purposes;

• relevant and limited to and proportionate with that purpose;

• they are also stored for such duration as may be required for the purpose for which they are processed or as set out in the applicable legislation, and they are destroyed afterwards.

 

4. Transfer of Personal Data and Recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to customers that receive consultancy services from Gilda&Partners, governmental authorities and legally authorized public agencies and individuals in Turkey and abroad in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law governing the transfer of personal data to abroad for the purpose of performing the objectives set out above subject to the adoption of necessary security measures.

 

5. Methods and Legal Rationale of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected orally, in writing or electronically due to the reasons explained above.

 

6. “Cookies”

Use of “Cookies”

“Cookies” are tiny data files sent by the web server to the web browser whenever that browser visits the web site. When the user re-visits the web site in future again, cookies inform the web site about the past activities of the user. Cookies do not cause any harm to your computer and some of them are automatically deleted after a specific time, say, six months.

 

Cookies are used to remember your log-in in Gilda& Partners web site, to track web traffic in an aggregated manner rather than as an individual identified and to store section info such as last searches. 7. Rights of Related Person (Data Subject)

Relevant (data subject) whose personal data are processed may apply to us at any time:

 

• to inquire whether their personal data are processed or not;

• if their personal data are processed, to ask information about it;

• to learn about the purpose of processing their personal data and to inquire whether such data are used in line with that purpose;

• to ask to be informed about those third parties in Turkey and abroad to whom their data are transferred;

• if their personal data are misprocessed or underprocessed, then to ask for its correction;

• to demand that their personal data should be erased or destroyed;

• to ask that correction of misprocessed or underprocessed personal data or the erasure or destruction of such data should be notified to third parties to whom such data are transferred,

• to object to any consequences to their detriment in case processed data are analysed via automatic systems

• to demand for the indemnity of loss in case they sustain a loss on account of the unlawful process of the data.

Relevant people may send their requests and/or complaints regarding their rights mentioned above by completing the Application Form below and sending it to Gilda&Partners at the address of Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Levent 199 Binası No:199/6 34394 Şişli/Istanbul or by e- mailing them to info@gildaandpartners.com in writing. Requests by relevant people as soon as possible, but in any event, at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request free of charge. In case such a transaction requests an extra cost, a fee that is in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Committee may be charged.

 

Where relevant people make the application above personally, they should attach such documents evidencing their identity, and where the application is made by means of a representative, such documents evidencing the special power in respect to such matter should be attached to the application letter.
